Recently, I've been experiencing all sorts of changes in my life—and for the first time, I'm looking forward to it. I used to panic over changes, but lately, I don't find it as necessary. Like spring, change can be a beautiful thing—because change means growth, risk-taking, courage, faith, and trust.
I've learned throughout my experiences that change is crucial—whether it is external change or internal change. But I've also learned the meaning that I give those changes is way more substantial. It reveals to me the position of my heart—and if I see the glass half-full or half-empty.
In time, when I found myself resisting changes, I knew that I feared more than I trusted. Fear holds me back from truly enjoying where I am. The other day, I rewatched Yes Man—and again, it was a reminder for me: to truly enjoy life is to be open to life experiences and to trust no matter how life unfolds.
I know it is easier said than done, and I know everyone can have different experiences. But TRUST in you and God. As my coach always said: “Remember to focus on the good things and the things that work”. Here are also other ways that I found helping me through the season:
Books
Vitamin
Skincare tool
Warm bath
Bone broth (warm + before bed)
WATER, WATER, WATER (hydration!!!)
I hope this help! But remember the best way for you is a way that works for you!!
